How it runs
Brief to delivery, with a sample in between
The size set is the step most suppliers skip. It costs a little and it is the reason a rollout fits.
Brief
Tell us the garment, the fabric, the quantities and the branding. Online or over a call.
Quote
Itemised pricing and a lead time, usually within a working day.
Sample
A size set made and approved before we cut the full run.
Production
Cut, stitched and branded in our Nairobi factory, with updates as it moves.
Delivery
Quality checked, packed by size, delivered to your site.
Branding
Seven ways to put your mark on it
Which one is right depends on the garment, the quantity and how the mark has to survive. We will tell you if you have picked the wrong one.
Embroidery
Stitched thread. Premium and hard-wearing — the default for uniforms.
Screen printing
Spot-colour ink. Cheapest at volume, flat matte finish.
Digital printing
Full colour, photographic. No setup, so it wins on short runs.
Heat transfer
Cut vinyl pressed on. Crisp edges — names and numbers.
Laser engraving
Burned into the surface. Leather, wood and metal.
Embossing
Raised, colourless impression. Understated.
Doming
Resin dome over a printed label. Badges and name tags.
